Job Title: Solar Installation Engineer – Turnkey Projects (UAE) Location: Job Type: Full-time | On-site | Project-based --- Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Installation Engineers to join our team for executing turnkey solar projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete execution of solar system installations, including panel mounting, electrical DB connections, system wiring, testing, and commissioning for both rooftop and ground-mounted systems. --- Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end installation of solar power systems (rooftop and ground-mounted) Handle installation of solar panels, structures, cabling, earthing, and Distribution Boards (DB) Coordinate with civil and electrical teams for timely and quality execution Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with project specifications Document installation processes and provide reports to project leads Supervise and guide site technicians and subcontractors as needed --- Key Requirements: Minimum 2+ years experience in solar project installation Strong technical knowledge of: Solar PV module mounting Electrical wiring, inverter connections, DB installation Testing & commissioning of solar systems Experience in both rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations Familiarity with UAE electrical and safety codes is an added advantage Ability to read and interpret electrical and structural drawings Willingness to travel and relocate within the UAE Good communication and teamwork skills --- Educational Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy / Engineering Certifications in solar PV installation (preferred but not mandatory) --- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Accommodation & travel support as per company policy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 22/06/2025
