Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with campaign and brand objectives. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, reels, videos, infographics, etc.) across platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and competitor activity. Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. Run paid campaigns on Google and social platforms to boost visibility and reach. Engage with online communities, influencers, and followers to strengthen brand presence. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Political Science, Journalism, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency or campaign experience preferred). Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and political communication. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, video editing, and content scheduling tools. Excellent writing and storytelling skills (English & Hindi/Regional language). Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing news cycles. Creative mindset with a strategic approach.
