It was my first stay in Novotel and I have nothing to complain about. I booked a room with breakfast and dinner included. Everything was perfect, I visited sauna and the food was just great. All members of the staff were helpful and spoke perfect English!

My recent stay at Novotel was very good. Avirup at the front desk was very helpful and gave me a great deal to upgrade to the suite room. The room was awesome. Even the buffet dinner and breakfast was also quite good. Overall the stay was very pleasant with excellent service from the hotel.
