The Operation Executive will act as the operational backbone of our After-Sales Service function. This person will coordinate between customers, service technicians/centers, vendors (spare parts suppliers), and internal teams (logistics, quality, etc). The goal is to ensure that all after-sales requests warranty claims, repairs, replacements, customer grievances — are handled efficiently, transparently, and within defined SLAs, helping Mepro retain customer trust and brand reputation
