We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP REVIT Modeler to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, with a strong understanding of coordination and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models for MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model coordination and clash-free designs.
• Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from 3D models.
• Perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks, and resolve conflicts in coordination meetings.
• Update models based on design changes and construction revisions.
• Adhere to project-specific BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining BIM content and libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in BIM modeling for MEP services.
• Proficient in software tools such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms.
• Good understanding of MEP systems design and construction processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
