MEP Coordinator(Commercial projects)

*MEP Coordinator* with *2+ years of work experience in Commercial Fit-Out Projects* required at a Real Estate organisation located in *Mumbai.*

*Candidates with experience* in MEP coordination, site execution, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial / residential projects will be preferred.

*JD:*

* *Prepare and manage weekly and monthly project schedules* to ensure timely completion of fit-out projects.

* *Review drawings, layouts, and project specifications* to ensure compliance with approved plans and guidelines.

* *Supervise fit-out activities at project sites* and monitor project progress at every stage.

* Coordinate with *site managers, engineers, architects, surveyors, contractors, and subcontractors* for smooth execution.

* Ensure *quality standards, safety compliance,* and adherence to project requirements.

* *Review and verify contractor bills, site measurements, and work completion quantities* to ensure billing accuracy.

* Maintain *daily progress reports, site records, project changes, and expenditure documentation*.

* Conduct *site inspections, snagging, and defect rectification* and coordinate project handovers.

*Salary:* Rs 45,000 per month (can be increased slightly for a suitable candidate).
