Job Overview

Milestone PLM Solutions is hiring a talented MEP BIM Engineer to support building services design and BIM modeling activities. The successful candidate will work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensuring accurate modeling, coordination, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Create detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Review and interpret MEP engineering drawings.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve modeling conflicts.
• Create and modify Revit families.
• Prepare schedules, sections, elevations, and quantity take-offs.
• Maintain BIM model accuracy and project standards.
• Coordinate with BIM coordinators and project engineers.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of MEP BIM modeling experience.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and firefighting layouts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with Dynamo.
• Understanding of international MEP design standards.
• Knowledge of LOD requirements.
• Experience in commercial and residential building projects.

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
