Mental Wellness Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Senior Psychologist / Senior Physiotherapist with a strong background in mental wellness, patient care, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience working with mental wellness organizations and engaging with students, faculty members, corporate management, healthcare professionals, and patients across diverse age groups. He /she should be delivering wellness support, and maintaining long-term engagement through digital applications and in-person interactions.

  Identify opportunities to expand wellness services and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• 
  Plan and coordinate mental wellness and healthcare initiatives for schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
• 
  Conduct or coordinate wellness workshops, awareness sessions, seminars, and employee engagement activities.
• 
  Interact with faculty members, HR teams, corporate management, and institutional leadership to understand wellness requirements.
• 
  Gather feedback, assess program participation, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and engagement.
• 
  Support client onboarding, service implementation, account management, and relationship retention.
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of wellness services.
• 
  Track client satisfaction, service utilization, follow-up completion, and relationship management outcomes.
• 
  Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information and follow applicable data protection and healthcare requirements.
• 
  Maintain accurate records of consultations, interactions, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• 
  The candidate should be experienced in handling individuals across age groups of 15–25, 35–55, and 55–75 years, including students, working professionals, corporate leaders, and senior citizens.
• 
  Maintain regular engagement with clients and patients through wellness applications, digital platforms, telephone calls, video consultations, and in-person meetings.
• 
  Coordinate virtual and offline wellness sessions, awareness programs, and consultations.
• 
  Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students, faculty members, educational institutions, corporate management, employees, and healthcare partners.
• 
  Coordinate appointments, consultations, wellness sessions, and follow-up activities.
• 
  Address client concerns, resolve service-related issues, and ensure a positive patient and customer experience.

• 
  Develop long-term relationships with institutional and corporate clients to encourage continued engagement with wellness services.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Physiotherapy, or a relevant allied healthcare discipline, depending on the position.
• 
  10+ years of relevant professional experience in mental wellness, healthcare, patient care, counselling, physiotherapy, or healthcare relationship management.
• 
  Proven experience handling students, faculty members, corporate employees, senior management, patients, doctors, and hospital representatives.
• 
  Experience managing customer relationships through mobile applications, digital platforms, telephone, video consultations, and face-to-face interactions.

• 
  Experience coordinating wellness programs, institutional partnerships, corporate wellness initiatives, or healthcare services.
