About the Role : We’re looking for someone to join our team and help manage online conversations and reputation for brands. This is a hands-on role, you do not need years of experience. What matters more is common sense, good written communication, attention to detail, and an understanding of how online communities behave. You’ll work closely with our internal team and support day-to-day client requirements related to ORM and community engagement. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ORM. Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing brands' reputation. Manage, track and monitor brand mentions and sentiment. The ideal candidate will have: A sense of humor :) Understanding of social media platforms (i.e. chronically online) Interest in creating and delivering positive experiences. Experience or understanding of online reputation monitoring, crisis management, and brand positioning. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferably) What this role is not Not a sales or business development role Not an influencer marketing or content creation role Not a purely strategic position Role does not involve posting random content or chasing virality This is not a passive monitoring-only role (communication is important with this one!)
