I bought a 3 BHK apartment in Motiaz Royal Citi, Zirakpur. The apartment is well ventilated and the material used for construction is of the best quality. I love how well they have done the fittings.

Reliance SMART Superstore at Motiaz is a Very Big, Full of Everything, Be it. Cosmetics. Cleaning Material, Provisions Loose or Packed ,fresh vegetables, Fruits, Clothing and what not. Good Experience along with lots of offers.
