Role & responsibilities 1. Oversee overall production operations of Lithium Battery Pack manufacturing 2. Develop & implement monthly/quarterly/annual production plans aligned with business goals 3. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements 4. Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing & cost reduction 5.initiatives Conduct Root Cause Analysis and lead corrective/preventive action plans 6. Monitor plan vs. actual performance; prepare MIS/production reports for management. 7.Coordinate with design, purchase, and stores departments for timely material availability 8.Mentor and supervise Production Supervisors & shop-floor teams 9.Ensure safety compliance and foster a culture of workplace safety 10. Contribute to new product introduction and process optimization Preferred candidate profile 1. Expertise in Electrical Engineering & Lean Manufacturing 2. Experience in scaling production operations and process
