Candidate will have to stay on the farm and manage 5000 sqmtrs polyhouse doing hydroponic cultivation of vegetables in coir grow bags. The crops in the polyhouse include cucumbers, tomato and other exotic vegetables. Open field crops include amla, pomegranate, sapota and sathkudi. Seasonal vegetables too will be cultivated. He will have to plan the farm calendar and implement the same. Candidate will be responsible to plan the farm activities, record keeping, managing the labour and other liasoning work with outside bodies like government, vendors, buyers, direct customers etc.. Candidate with some experience in polyhouse farming will be preferred and should be a Diploma in Horticulture.
