The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of all construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, reviewing project specifications, managing quality control plans, supervising QC teams, and ensuring all materials and workmanship are in compliance with standards. Additionally, the role involves identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining detailed records and reports. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control management Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations Ability to conduct site inspections and quality audits Skills in managing quality control plans and overseeing QC teams Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using QA/QC software and tools Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Professional certification in Quality Management is a plus Show more Show less
