Job Description Looking for an Office Executive for our Ahmedabad office at client side who is strong in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and can independently handle day-to-day office work. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain Excel reports, spreadsheets, data summaries and MIS on a daily/weekly basis. Draft letters, emails and official documents in MS Word as per management requirements. ​ Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and client meetings. ​ Handle routine office administration work such as filing, record keeping and coordination with internal teams. ​ Manage basic data entry, documentation and follow-up by email/phone. ​ Support management in scheduling meetings and maintaining records as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate (any stream); additional computer course/certification preferred. Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. (Formulas, formatting, reports, presentations etc.) ​ Strong computer proficiency – typing, internet, email, file management, scanning, printing etc. ​ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati. ​ Good speed, accuracy and attention to detail. ​ 2–5 years of experience in office / back-office / admin role preferred ​ Employment Details Job Type: Full-time Working Days & Timings: (e.g. Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm) Salary: (e.g. ₹25000 to ₹35000 per month, based on skills and experience) Location: Ahmedabad City How to Apply Interested candidates can share their resume at tender.mtipl@gmail.com or directly on Post Link
