Packing List, Form 6, Form 9, Coo, No-war Cert., Inspection Cert., Analysis Cert. - Pre-planning and prepare docs as per SGS & Bureau Veritas Inspection and also ECTN certificate. - Updating RFID seals - Managing export-import container data and maintaining container-wise stock records in Excel sheets. - Correspond with CHA for clearing docs and checking costing bill. All costing records maintained in Excel - Negotiation of freight rates with various forwarders. - Planning container lifting based on manufacturing products. - Preparation of pre-shipment loan (PCFC) docs for bank. - Making export stuffing plan as per DO and send to the buyer by mail. - Making pre-shipment docs and post-shipment docs as per LC terms. - Monitoring duty drawback, IGST refund, e-BRC, RoDTep claim on ICEGATE and DGFT sites. - Daily maintain export-import data in excel.
