Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Ghatkoper. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and manage brand promotion activities. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance the company's market presence. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, supervising marketing staff, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives. Qualifications Marketing and Branding expertise, including experience with marketing campaigns and brand promotion Strong knowledge of Market Research and Data Analysis techniques Proficiency in Online and Offline Marketing, as well as Digital Marketing strategies Leadership and Team Management skills Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus Familiarity with the real estate industry and market dynamics would be advantageous
