We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. Role Overview As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, interpret, and analyze data that supports operational, financial, and strategic business initiatives. You will be responsible for generating accurate reports, building dashboards, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions backed by data. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio Identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to business growth and process improvements Support data-driven decision-making across departments including operations, marketing, and finance Assist in building forecasting models, KPI frameworks, and automated reporting processes Present analytical findings in a clear and structured manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Work with the data team to enhance data quality, governance, and consistency across systems Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role Strong knowledge of Excel and proficiency in SQL for data extraction Experience with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization principles Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience working with large datasets Understanding of database structures and ETL processes Knowledge of predictive modeling concepts Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud What We Offer Competitive compensation and performance-driven growth opportunities A collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to modern tools, technologies, and analytics practices Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development How to Apply Interested applicants are encouraged to apply directly through Indeed with an updated resume.
