Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Lucknow Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and experience handling government tenders. This role involves managing sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and client relationships with a focus on growth in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Handle and manage government tender processes effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets. Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and trends. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or an MBA (preferably in Marketing or Healthcare Management). Experience: 3 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare products/services and the government tendering process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
