I have recently joined the company , hiring process is very good , they conduct 3 rounds of interviews on 1st Day : 1. Telephonic round and once shortlisted they call for: Excel Test than finally last round is of Conference call on Skype with Onshore Client. i got immediate feedback on next day and within a week i was asked to join.
