About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Freelance Anchor/Host to lead our on-ground brand activation events in Goa. These events are fun, high-energy, and inspired by formats like Red Bull’s “Grab the Flag” , obstacle-style mini games, and quick competitive challenges conducted on beaches and other public spaces. Your job is simple but powerful: create hype, draw a crowd, engage participants, and keep the energy high —all while representing our zero-sugar chocolate brand in a fun, positive way. What You’ll Do Host and anchor outdoor sports/activity-based events on beaches and public locations. Build excitement, attract onlookers, and convert them into participants. Interact confidently with the crowd—explain game rules, manage rounds, announce winners, and keep the momentum going. Represent our brand on camera—short clips, crowd interviews, and social media snippets may be filmed. Coordinate with our event team to ensure smooth flow of activities. Embody the brand’s energy: fun, friendly, healthy, and spirited. Who You Are Confident public speaker who enjoys being the center of energy. Proficient in English ; knowing Hindi is an added advantage. Camera-friendly with good screen presence for social content. Prior experience in anchoring, hosting, emceeing, or public speaking is preferred (but not mandatory). Comfortable managing and engaging a mixed crowd outdoors.
