We had an ultrasound within 1 hour, is good. But the front office male staffs are not friendly, the lady nurse was a little bit rude and finally, not only my wife but also almost all women will not be comfortable with the male doctor.

Heard new machines are used for the scan (?) . Over prized , comparing to the nearby scan center- 25% and more. Cant predit the wait time as the staffs will be hiding the facts

one of the good scanning centres in palakkad they have a good patient care and they provides good reports from experienced doctors , very much useful . and well standard staffs . had a good experience

After collecting payment for MRI scan they simply says report available after 2 days. Front desk un professional. No wonder MRI scanning slots are always empty. Pathetic experience.. Creating bad name for Palakkad...

We have got pregnancy scan done here for my wife and i was very much satisfied . I have also suggested many of my friends and relatives for ultrasound scan to mediscan, Dr Birla. Reporting was accurate in all instances as per their feedback.

Good centre with helpful staff and prompt reporting. Room for improvement in infrastructure, changing room can be better maintained, but overall I had a very positive experience at this centre.
