Role & responsibilities P&L responsibility of the unit. Responsible for Quality Care Responsible for patient delight Ensuring the Management, Functioning and Operations of the Hospital in profitable and professional manner in alignment to the Management guidelines. Ensure optimum operational efficiency of centres by coordinating with various functional leaders to achieve target Operational issues pertaining to centre in line with organizational objectives Ensures adherence to quality standards in the centre operations Implementation of Clinical and administrative protocols & procedures Provide prompt, courteous, efficient and personalized service to all stakeholders Ensuring that all clinical as well as non-clinical processes and protocols are adhered Preferred candidate profile Experience as a hospital administrator Minimum 10-15 years of experience in hospital operations At least 5 years in a leadership role (Hospital Head / COO / Unit Head) Proven experience in multi-specialty hospital management Exposure to NABH accreditation, clinical governance, and statutory compliance.
