Job Description

  • Documentation Standards: Format discharge summaries, operative notes, diagnostic reports, and referral letters according to established clinic or hospital guidelines.
  • Medical Terminology Verification: Fact-check complex medical terminology, anatomical terms, drug names, and diagnostic codes to ensure accuracy.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: A minimum typing speed of 55–65+ words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
