Reports To Sales Manager / Vertical HeadLocation : Noida sector 9, Amco tower, A-5,6Experience Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experienceCompensation As per company norms / to be discussed with HRRole SummaryWe are hiring sales professionals from the medical and insurance background to sell metabolic health and wellness programmes, using consultative selling and trust-based conversations with customers.Key Responsibilities• Engage leads and consult customers on metabolic health programmes• Explain programme benefits, outcomes and pricing in a consultative manner• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets• Follow up diligently with prospects and manage the complete sales funnel• Coordinate with the clinical / coaching team for onboarding• Maintain CRM records and daily reports• Handle objections around cost, trust and results with empathyMust-Have Requirements• Background in medical sales, healthcare, wellness or insurance sales• Minimum 1- 3 years of relevant sales experience• Strong consultative selling and communication skills• Comfort with high-ticket, long-cycle sales

• Experience selling health plans, diagnostics, or chronic care programmes• Knowledge of lifestyle disorders such as diabetes and obesityKey Performance Indicators• Enrolments and revenue vs target• Lead to enrolment conversion• Customer onboarding experience
