1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products, build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and increase product sales within the assigned territory.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Explain product features, benefits, indications, and approved usage information to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Generate prescriptions and product demand through ethical and compliant product promotion.
• Conduct product presentations and provide approved promotional materials to healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitor products, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
• Prepare daily call reports, doctor visit reports, and sales performance reports.
• Follow up on product orders and coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer concerns.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and promotional activities.
• Comply with company policies, applicable pharmaceutical regulations, and ethical marketing practices.

3. Educational Qualification

• B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, or any relevant graduate qualification.
• A science or pharmacy background is preferred.

4. Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation will be an added advantage.

5. Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market.
• Target-oriented approach and willingness to travel extensively.
• Good planning, time management, and territory management skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Number of doctor and pharmacy visits.
• Growth in prescription generation and product demand.
• New customer acquisition and territory coverage.
• Product availability and stockist coordination.
• Timely submission of daily call reports.
• Customer relationship management and compliance with company policies.

7. Salary & Benefits

8. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, comfortable with fieldwork, and capable of building long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals while achieving business targets ethically.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
