Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and current CTC.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our team at Chennai HQ. The ideal candidate should have experience in the dermatology or cosmetology division, strong communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's dermatology, skincare, haircare, and cosmetology products to doctors and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular doctor visits and product presentations to communicate product benefits, features, and usage.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and other medical practitioners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth within the designated territory.
• Generate prescriptions and drive product recommendations through effective doctor engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
• Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and other required reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability and smooth business operations.

Salary, Incentives & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000, depending on experience, skills, and current CTC.
• Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive incentives linked to sales targets, achievements, and overall performance.
• Travel Allowance & Reimbursement: Travel allowance and reimbursement of eligible field expenses as per company policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational qualification: B. Pharmacy, D. Pharmacy, or B.Sc.
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in the dermatology or cosmetology division.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in the field.
• Basic understanding of dermatology, skincare, haircare, and cosmetology products.
• Ability to manage doctor visits, territory planning, and sales reporting independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience promoting dermatology, skincare, haircare, or aesthetic medicine products will be preferred.
• Candidates with an established network of dermatologists and cosmetologists will have an added advantage.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving sales objectives.
