Medical Representative

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and develop strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists as per the assigned daily tour plan.
2. Promote pharmaceutical products through effective product detailing and scientific communication.
3. Generate prescriptions and drive product sales within the assigned territory.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
5. Conduct product presentations and communicate product features, benefits, and usage.
6. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
7. Coordinate with chemists and stockists to ensure product availability in the market.
8. Gather market intelligence, competitor information, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
9. Maintain daily call reports, tour plans, and expense statements.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain discipline in field activities.

Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Graduate in B.Sc. / Pharmacy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
