Meeting Doctors on a daily basis to promote Gleara products as per Company Policy and detailing guidelines.

Meeting Chemists and Stockists regularly to check stock availability, collecting orders, and following up on payments.

Conducting and participating in various brand promotion activities including CMEs, Conferences, Doctor Meets and RTMs.

Implementing the Company's promotional strategies and effectively utilising promotional inputs as per Company guidelines.

Maintaining appropriate visit frequency with all classes of customers Doctors, Hospitals, and Institutions to promote Company products and strengthen professional relationships.

Participating actively in New Product Launches as per Company guidelines and strategies.

Ensuring 100% ROI and maintaining strong business follow-up with all key stakeholders.

Exploring New Markets and identifying new customers for business development and territory expansion.

Achieving monthly sales targets as assigned by the Company.
