Medical Lab Technician

You will be joining one of the leading diagnostic laboratory chains in the city that has recently received accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH). Our branches are conveniently located in Pothencode, Kanyakulangara, Venjaramood, and Kallara. We offer a wide range of laboratory tests at affordable prices, covering over 650 individual tests across various medical disciplines such as Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, and specialized tests. We are seeking candidates who are smart, adaptive, and confident, with some experience in the medical field. If you do not have prior experience, you should be open to undergoing an unpaid training period of at least one month. Your responsibilities will include participating in the day-to-day operations of our facilities, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed. You should also be prepared to conduct home visits as part of our Home collection facility and uphold safety standards and quality registers. Ideally, we prefer candidates with a minimum of 1+ years of experience, and having a two-wheeler and license would be considered an added advantage. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and leave encashment. The job may involve day, evening, morning, or rotational shifts, so flexibility in scheduling is essential. Applicants must have completed a Diploma and should have a total work experience of at least 2 years. You should be willing to commute or relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala before starting work.
