Medical Expert - VMER

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct VMER calls with customers
• Capture and document medical history accurately and clearly
• Ask relevant probing questions to avoid discrepancies
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during interactions
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with underwriting (UW) teams for case processing

Qualifications

• BAMS/BHMS/BDS/B.Pharm/PharmD degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid Medical Council registration.
• Experience in clinical practice, telemedicine or life insurance preferred.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Fluency in

  English

  and language preference on

  Telegu and Kannada

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Comfortable with video tools and digital platforms

Work Schedule & Location

• Working Days:

  6 days a week, with 1 rotational weekly off.

• Work Mode:

  Work from office (WFO).

• Shift Timings:

  Rotational shifts of 9 hours within the following time windows:

• Male employees:

  8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• Female employees:

  8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

• Transportation:

  No cab facility provided. Employees must arrange their own commute to and from the office.

• Work Location:

  Silk Board, Bengaluru.
