Medical Coding Fresher (HCC)

As a Medical Coder, you will play a crucial role in the accurate coding of patient medical records. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and analyzing patient medical records to ensure accurate coding. - Assigning appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures based on medical coding guidelines and standards. - Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient data at all times. - Collaborating with your team to enhance coding processes and improve accuracy. - Keeping yourself updated with industry standards to ensure compliance. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Graduation in any discipline. - Mandatory CPC/CCA Certification. - Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts, and principles.
