Medical Billing Executive US Healthcare

About the Role

The selected candidate will work closely with the medical billing and operations team to support insurance verification, eligibility checks, claim-related follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance details accurately.
• Check patient eligibility, including co-pay, deductible, coverage limits, and active insurance status.
• Assist in resolving claim-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of verification and billing-related activities.
• Review medical records and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing support.
• Follow company processes and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Qualification & Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare, medical terminology, HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, or medical billing will be preferred.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in insurance verification, insurance providers, hospital administration, medical billing, or healthcare operations will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
