About the Role We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who specializes in short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. If you live and breathe viral content, transitions, music sync, and storytelling within 60 seconds, this is your space! Key Responsibilities Edit engaging and high-retention short videos from raw footage. Apply SFX, background music, captions, motion elements, and transitions. Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews) into clips for social media. Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team on briefs and timelines. Optimize video formats for various platforms (aspect ratio, length, pacing). Maintain consistency with branding, tone, and visual style. Requirements Proficiency in Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro , CapCut Desktop , or similar tools. Strong sense of storytelling, beat cuts, and trend-aware editing. Familiarity with sound effects, motion graphics, and dynamic text usage. Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Bonus : Knowledge of AI tools for generating motion graphics, B-roll, or images (RunwayML, Pika, Leonardo AI, etc.).
