This TPA service is extremely disappointing. They never assist the insured individuals and seem more focused on making money. It appears their employees might be incentivized to deny Mediclaim treatments. Their approval for TPA services needs to be reviewed by the IRDA.

Worst TPA company I have ever seen. There is no escalation team, cussing support are unprofessional with lack of knowledge and experience. No-one bothered to reply on email or via call even after number of calls or emails.

Worst mediclaim ever I have taken it's being 18 hours and still it is in process after discharge... I assist everybody do not take every any mediclaim from medi Assist we are still suffering in hospital..and still don't know how much still I have to wait because of this worst worst worst worst worst agency.

I am currently sitting in Max Vaishali awaiting approval for cashless treatment of my mother. It has been 5 hours that the claim was submitted. Medi Assist is still processing the claim. Worse possible corporate service and extremely unprofessional staff. I don't know why companies hire this TPA company to handle their claims.

Worst insurance provider for Corporate companies, they have rude people who didn't care about anyone. Don't ever take any additional services from them. They have unnecessary policies which will bind you to empty your pockets. Beware of them!

Worst services, netiher their website works, nor the mobile app & you won't be able to contact the customer care. So you won't be able to contact them so can't make any claim. I'm trying from 2 hours but nothing is working.
