Role & responsibilities Perform precision soldering (through-hole and SMD) Assemble and wire instrument electronics modules as per schematics or wiring diagrams. Conduct functional testing and calibration of electronic boards and sensor circuits. Identify and troubleshoot component-level faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and test jigs. Maintain test records, report defects, and assist engineers in debugging prototype circuits. Support in PCB rework , component replacement, and small-scale batch production. Assist in wiring harness fabrication and integration of boards into instrument enclosures. Ensure ESD safety and quality standards during assembly and testing. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or testing . Strong knowledge of electronic components, sensors, and analog circuits . Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and PCB layouts . Experience with multimeter, oscilloscope, function generator, and power supplies . Basic understanding of microcontroller-based circuits (Arduino, STM32, etc.) is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship.
