Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our healthcare process team. The role involves assisting patients in booking appointments for diagnostic services including Blood Tests, CT Scans, MRI, X-ray, Sonography, and other health check-ups. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities: · Handle inbound and outbound calls for booking diagnostic appointments via calls and chat. · Guide patients through the process for home collections, center visits, and appointment availability. · Share information regarding test preparations, fasting requirements, documents needed, etc. · Coordinate with diagnostic centers and phlebotomists to ensure timely service. · Update booking details and customer interactions in the system. · Follow up with patients regarding confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellations. · Address patient queries, complaints, and concerns with a helpful attitude. · Maintain service quality and adhere to standard operating procedures.
