Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patient Calling Executive located in West Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Patient Calling Executive will be responsible for making and receiving calls to and from patients, scheduling appointments, providing information about medical services, verifying patient information, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves following up with patients, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring excellent patient service and communication. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or patient interaction Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare services Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
