We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Operator/Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems in blast furnace operations. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems for blast furnace equipment. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumps, cylinders, hoses, and valves. Attend breakdowns promptly to minimize furnace downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain detailed maintenance records. Support during plant shutdowns, relines, and commissioning activities. Requirements ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related trade. 3–5 years of experience maintaining hydraulic systems in heavy industry (steel plant or blast furnace preferred). Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
