Mechanical Trainer Cum Technician

Job Description:

We are hiring a Mechanical Trainer Cum Technician who can handle both classroom and practical training sessions along with machine operation, maintenance, and workshop activities. The candidate must have strong technical skills and NDT Level-II knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical classes on mechanical concepts, tools, equipment, and industrial machinery.
• Demonstrate mechanical operations, assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
• Perform NDT Level-II practicals (UT / MT / PT / RT or as applicable).
• Assist in machine setup, calibration, safety checks, and workshop management.
• Guide students during hands-on training and ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain equipment records, training documentation, and daily lab reports.
• Support exam preparation, skill assessments, and technical evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• NDT Level-II in at least two methods (UT / MT / PT / VT / RT)
• Good understanding of mechanical machines, tools, hydraulics, and basic maintenance.
• Training or technician experience preferred (freshers with strong practical skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
