Communication skills. -Computer literacy -Use of SAP , -Learning agility -Proactive working Job Description: Day to day inspection and maintenance of Cement Plant equipment s Maintenance Pyro section, Work in Shift operation in Mechanical Pre. Ensure safe working by complying all the UTCL safety Standards. Comply to SBO, WTI, CAPA schedule and Near Miss recommendations. Carry out R1/R2. S1/S2 check as per the schedule. Daily check list. All the abnormalities to be recorded and plan rectification in next opportunities. To complete WHY WHY analysis and find the root causes for the breakdown. Comply to systems requirement, WCM, ISO, implementation at site. To identify and execute the improvement jobs. Spares maintenance planning for routine, short term for shut down.
