ROLE PROFILE Major and Key Job Responsibilities / Activities responsible for Technical /Functional Perform routine maintenance Troubleshooting & repair of mechanical machines. In-depth knowledge & hands on experience in Pneumatic, Hydraulic systems & Lubrication systems. In-depth Knowledge of mechanical system Tools & Equipment. In-Depth knowledge of Powder mixing and delivery system automation. Experience in maintenance of Conveyors, SPMs, winding, coating and measurement machines Basic knowledge on experience with PLC (OMRON, Siemens, Rockwell) programming and associated hardware, connected equipment and other control systems. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions. Gauge calibration and maintaining records. Backup, Bypass, Quick changeover (BBQ) Identification and always ensuring readiness. Identification & elimination of constraint /Bottleneck in the Flow. Achieving MTTR, MTBF, Availability Targets and Maintenance CPU. Implementing Continuous Improvement ideas. In-House Repair of Mechanical spares. Industrial and General Safety Ensuring safety protocols adherence during machine breakdown. Deliver Technical and safety training to Team. TPM Basic understanding of TPM Concepts. IT Skills Hands on experience in MES/SAP systems. Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, Power point). PERSON PROFILE Role Specific Qualification / Certification Requirement Mandatory Desired: Diploma in (Mechanical / Mechatronics, Tool& Die) Role Specific knowledge, Skills and Experience Mandatory Desired: 2 years to 5 years in Lithium-ion cell manufacturing industry, Food/ Beverage & Pharma, Chocolate, Candy, Ice-cream, Tyre, Paper industries. Suitable / Optional: similar industry Automation process handled with 3-5 years of experience in Powder mixing and delivery system automation. Role Specific Behavioural Skills Mandatory Desired: Team Collaboration, Innovative, problem solving Suitable / Optional: PDCA Approach, Good analytical skills
