Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, CNC machine maintenance, electrical works, and utility maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operations.
  
• Conduct quality engineering activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with machines, equipment, and systems using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  
• Collaborate with production engineering teams to optimize production processes and reduce downtime.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field (CNC maintenance, electrical engineering).
  
• Diploma or BE degree in relevant specialization (e.g., ITI Electrical).
  
• Strong understanding of industrial automation principles, including PLC programming languages like VMC machine operation.
  
• Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil change, filter replacement, etc.
