Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible to support with respect to WED
  • Spindle change
  • Pneumatics & Hydraulics
  • Lubrication System
  • Knowledge on grinding
  • Well versed with trouble shooting of CNC/VMC, Assembly machines , SPMS
  • Know about the Fault tree analysis , MTTR , MTBF
  • Having experience of handling many number of machines (Worked in a atmosphere where more than 50 -60 machines )
