If you share our passion for sustainability and excel in designing energy-efficient buildings and communities, Cundall is the place for you. **Role Overview:** - Providing BIM Modeling and CAD drafting for BIM-based Design authoring. - Managing and coordinating the overall use of BIM within the Discipline team and supporting multidisciplinary project delivery. - Ensuring compliance with approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans. - Coordinating BIM Models within the discipline and across disciplines. - Identifying conflicts with Architectural, Structural, and MEP design elements and providing cost-effective solutions. - Creating composite design models for coordination meetings. - Assisting in setting up Project Files, Creation of Templates, BIM Families, and content management. - Supporting the BIM Coordinator/Lead in their tasks as required. - Generating BIM/CAD deliverables, Clash Detection Reports, Construction Sequencing (4D), and Cost Estimating (5D). - Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning new digital design tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM360 Environment. - Hands-on experience in BIM Modelling, clash detection, and coordination. - Knowledge of HVAC, Ventilation, and Chilled Water design analysis tools. - Ability to work on Common Data Environment for effective management of engineering design deliverables. - Support interoperability of BIM authoring and coordination tools with Engineering Discipline Design Analysis tools. - Proactive approach to learning new digital design tools. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM Modelling. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM360 Environment. - Familiarity with MagiCAD and Dynamo scripting tools is advantageous. - Excellent English communication skills. - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, solve problems, and deliver high-quality results. - Knowledge of ISO19650 standards is an added advantage.
