Job Opening: MDM Associate / Senior Associate / Specialist

About the Role

MDM (Master Data Management) professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage endtoend Master Data lifecycle (creation, enrichment, updates, inactivation)
  • Validate accuracy and completeness of customer, vendor, material, or pricing data
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance policies, and audit requirements
  • Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and data quality checks
  • Work with crossfunctional teams (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) for data-related needs
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure timely resolution

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 8 years of experience in

    MDM / Master Data / Data Governance / Data Quality

  • Handson experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of customer, vendor, material, or product master data
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in flexible shifts
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
