Role Overview: As a Medical Coordinator in this company, your main responsibility will be to define and oversee the medical projects of the establishment. You will coordinate teams of healthcare professionals, both employees and independent practitioners, to ensure the care of each resident, define care projects, and ensure their proper implementation. Your expertise in geriatrics will be crucial in leading the continuous improvement process, training teams, and ensuring compliance with best practices. Additionally, you will lead geriatric coordination committees, participate in Pathos and Aggir assessments.
