Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for the position of Assistant Survey Manager. The Assistant Survey Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day survey activities, coordinating with various teams, analyzing survey data, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring all fieldwork aligns with project requirements. The role also involves supporting the project management team to ensure efficient execution of surveying tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in surveying tools and technologies, and a solid understanding of EHV transmission projects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating survey data and generating reports Strong organizational and project management abilities to coordinate fieldwork and meet project milestones Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills for seamless coordination across departments Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices in transmission line construction Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geomatics, or a related discipline Minimum of 3-5 years survey management experience in infrastructure or EHV projects Flexibility to work in challenging terrains and commit to field assignments
