Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Advisor located in Rajahmundry. The Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing career counseling, assisting students with course selection, guiding them through the admission process, and shortlisting colleges. The Advisor will also support students by offering reliable advice and personalized attention to help them achieve their educational goals. Qualifications Experience in career counseling, course selection, and admission guidance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and navigate the Indian education system Organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field Experience in the education industry is a plus
