Assessment and Evaluation: Create, administer, and grade regular assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to track students' progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback. Individualized Support: Provide personalized guidance and assistance to students who require extra help, ensuring a supportive learning environment conducive to academic success. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Chemistry education, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies to continually enhance the quality of instruction. Parent-Teacher Interaction: Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students' academic performance, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and address any concerns or queries raised by parents. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily academic operations of the assigned section. Prepare and manage class time-tables effectively for multiple grades and subjects. Coordinate with subject teachers, parents, and administrative staff for smooth functioning. Ensure academic delivery and curriculum completion within stipulated timelines. Monitor student performance and teacher effectiveness; implement necessary interventions. Plan and execute academic events, workshops, and internal assessments. Maintain healthy communication with stakeholders, including students and parents. Contribute to hiring and training of academic staff. Build external networks for teacher recruitment, training, and academic collaboration. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Science or Math (preferred: B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience managing/coordinating operations in a coaching or academic setup. Proven experience in time-table creation and resource planning. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team, handle pressure, and multitask effectively. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with academic software, Excel, or timetable management tools. Fluent in English and local language (spoken & written). Passion for education and student growth.
