Qualifications: Education: Diploma ,Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience: Prior experience in charger management, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry. Familiarity with Piaggio vehicles or similar EV auto brands is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using charger management systems and tools. Strong analytical skills to assess charger data and trends. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. Job Title: Spare Parts Executive Location: Agra Department: After Sales / Service Reports To: Parts Manager / Service Head Job Summary: The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of parts for service operations, and coordinating with suppliers and customers. The role involves inventory control, order processing, parts sales, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth service operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify parts requirements based on job cards and service schedules. Coordinate with the service and workshop teams to ensure timely availability of parts. Handle inward and outward stock movement with proper documentation. Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor slow and fast-moving items. Issue spare parts as per request and record all transactions in the system. Place orders with vendors/suppliers and follow up for timely deliveries.
